Meet the Volunteering and Awards Team
We will offer you our enthusiasm, knowledge, skills and support to provide the best volunteering support service to meet your organisational needs.
The team consists of:
Kirsty Hutchison, Student Success, Volunteering and Awards Officer
Kirsty jointly leads on University-wide volunteering schemes and leads on developing volunteering initiatives regionally across Greater Manchester and locally in neighbourhoods close to the University.
Emma Richardson, Student Success, Volunteering and Awards Officer
Emma jointly leads on University-wide volunteering schemes and leads on the development of international volunteering initiatives.
Angela Crolla, Student Success, Volunteering and Awards Coordinator
Angela leads on coordinating the Manchester Stellify Award and supports the delivery of international volunteering and Team Rwanda and wider volunteering team events including Volunteer of the Year.
Lottie Timmins, Student Success, Volunteering and Awards Coordinator
Lottie co-leads on Student Volunteering Week and the Volunteering and Social Justice Fair. She is responsible for developing initiatives including developing volunteering opportunities related to arts and culture, children and young people, and the environment.
Amelia Hart, Student Success, Volunteering and Awards Coordinator
Amelia is jointly responsible for the Volunteering and Social Justice Fair and Student Volunteering Week. She develops a range of initiatives including opportunities related to supporting adults, health and wellbeing, and the environment.
Shaodi Li, Volunteering and Awards Intern
Shaodi supports the development of volunteer initiatives in local neighbourhoods and is responsible for running a variety of Volunteer Days.
Catherine Barnes, Volunteering and Awards Administrator
Catherine leads on all queries regarding the Volunteer Hub, as well as general enquiries.
