Volunteering to deliver the Sustainability Challenge

More than 200 Staff and Postgraduate Students from across the University have volunteered to help deliver the Challenge in a variety of roles.

Volunteers tell us they really enjoy the opportunity to work with colleagues and students from across the university. It's also a great way to develop new skills and to be part of our distinctive offer.

Staff don't need any expertise relating to sustainability to volunteer. Full training is provided, so you need only be enthusiastic and approachable if you wish to take part.

The main volunteer roles available to staff and PGRs are:

Facilitators who will work directly with groups of students taking part in the Challenge
Event staff who will fulfil a number of different roles to ensure the event runs smoothly
