Feedback and evaluation
Gathering student feedback on the project is essential to identify any issues and improve the project for future years. The feedback could be gathered via end of project meetings in-country, through a survey, or at the returned volunteers’ event. This could include:
- A summary report of the project
- Partner organisation evaluation
- Student feedback
- Feedback for a particular audience e.g. donors
The Volunteering and Community Engagement Team can provide advice and support around the evaluation of an overseas volunteering project.
