Keeping in touch

We are proud of the all the volunteering that students get involved in through the University and of how the international volunteering programme has become an important part of this over the last few years. We would love to keep in touch, so please let us know how things are going and if there is anything we can do to help or trouble-shoot.

Colleagues thinking of setting up similar projects may appreciate your advice too and therefore, if you are happy for us to do so, we may put you in touch.

The University runs the Student Volunteering Network (SVN), which allows colleagues from Faculties and Schools, the Students' Union, and central Directorates to communicate about student volunteering, share information and best practice, and increase opportunities for collaboration. The SVN meets two or three times a year and also has a List-serv for communications inbetween meetings. Colleagues that are involved in student volunteering in any way, shape or form are welcome.
